Through our experience of working with over 1000 businesses across many sectors we have built up a team of specialists in certain fields. The benefit of these teams is that you won’t have to keep training them and you know that they will only answer the calls you can’t get to.
You will have a team of professional call handlers working 7 days a week ready to take your calls between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sundays and Bank Holidays and 24/7 if you need it.
You only pay for the calls we take not the time we are there.
We can deliver calls or messages to you by:
- Transferring the call either on direct lines or mobile (specifically for new enquiries or VIP clients)
- Sending a message by email
- Sending a message by SMS
All of our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, so if you have a query regarding a specific call we will send you a copy of the recording (if it’s still available) or listen on your behalf and transcript the call for you. Like most businesses we don’t get everything 100% right, but our customer service team will always ensure that you get answers to queries quickly and efficiently.
Not only that but we will:
- Set up an ‘out of hours’ voicemail for you which is personalised to your business – messages are emailed as a voice file.
- Send reports of all messages taken, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We can also tailor these to your specific requirements
